Join a greenfield program to replace an existing workflow system with bespoke .NET microservices on Azure and Kubernetes. Design and write clean, scalable C# code with unit tests and TDD, contribute to architecture and cloud design, build UIs and proofs-of-concept, and collaborate across engineering teams.

Optimize client libraries, Dispatcher/CDN caching, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and collaboration with UX and backend teams.

Lead CX strategy and delivery for multiple commerce clients, managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships. Drive new business, pitch responses, account growth, process efficiencies, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality, on-budget outcomes.
