Own Viktor's organic social across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube: create calendar and copy, engage in real-time conversations, operate and run the Creator Program (submissions, payouts, sheets, automations), amplify team posts, and measure/optimize reach and pipeline.

Own and optimize the paid-to-signup funnel end-to-end: ship high-velocity landing pages, run rigorous CRO experiments, improve paid CPA/CAC, and design site IA. Partner with paid and founders to scale paid spend while delivering measurable conversion lift and fast iteration.

Design and prototype AI-native product experiences across Slack, Teams, onboarding, integrations, billing, collaboration, and admin flows. Convert ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear interaction models, collaborate closely with engineers to ship quickly, and craft details (states, copy, spacing) while raising overall product UX and trust.

Own and operate the ClickHouse data warehouse and ETL pipelines; build and maintain dashboards and BI layer; provide proactive analyses (cohorts, unit economics, attribution); implement monitoring/alerting; work closely with co-founders and cross-functional leaders to make data the single source of truth.

Lead rapid, high-volume short-form performance video editing for paid campaigns: turn raw UGC, demos, screen recordings and creator footage into multiple testable hooks, build templates/presets, optimize edits using performance data, own sound/captions/media hygiene, and scale production systems.

Provide tier-1 on‑site support for Viktor's AI agent: triage, reproduce and resolve issues, read logs, write actionable bug reports, map trends for product, and improve docs and self‑service.

You will own full-cycle sales for an early-stage AI-driven SaaS product: prospecting, booking demos, running live product demos on prospect data, building the GTM playbook, and closing contracts while working closely with co-founders.
