Founding SDR will run and scale outbound outreach to qualified German roofers, hit quota for attended discovery calls, refine scripts and objections, and work directly with the CEO to drive growth. The role is hands-on, in-office, and focused on execution and rapid improvement.

Lead product direction end-to-end for an AI-first OS for craft businesses. Define product bets, work hands-on with engineering to scope and ship features, learn quickly from users, and shape product processes as the company scales. Emphasis on high ownership, rapid iteration, and German-language product leadership.
