Owns end-to-end business intelligence projects across pharmacy operations, including data modeling, dbt development, LookML semantic layers, dashboard migrations, validation, and client-facing reporting. It requires hands-on execution, strong analytical and copywriting skills, cross-functional influence, and compliance with healthcare communication requirements.

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications; provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and CI/CD/DevOps practices; manage and mentor a team of 2–8 engineers; collaborate with product, design, and operations; ensure reliability, testing, and production support; drive engineering standards and continuous improvement.
