Lead all finance, accounting, reporting, treasury and budgeting functions. Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax/regulatory requirements, implement internal controls, coordinate audits, provide strategic financial analysis, and build a high-performing finance team to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Lead and execute internal audits across head office and mining sites covering finance, operations, procurement, inventory, and compliance. Assess controls, perform spot checks, report findings, advise management, follow up on corrective actions, and supervise audit staff while coordinating external audits.

Identify and source tin and columbite from approved mining locations and suppliers. Conduct field visits, collect samples, perform basic quality assessments, coordinate transport and deliveries, maintain supplier records, and prepare sourcing reports. Support warehouse reconciliation and ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance during field operations.
