Provide high-level executive support to the SVP and NY team: manage complex global schedules and communications, coordinate domestic and international travel and visas, oversee travel costs and expense reporting, support projects and vendor onboarding, draft executive correspondence and presentations, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Lead enterprise cybersecurity risk assessments, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, maintain risk register and exception process, map controls to frameworks, develop remediation and mitigation plans, drive governance and policy, run maturity assessments, and prepare executive-level risk reporting while engaging stakeholders across IT, audit, legal, privacy, and business teams.

Provide strategic leadership for designing, implementing, and governing a common control framework and Workday controls across multi-jurisdictional gaming, hotel, and cafe operations. Oversee audits, remediation, regulatory examination readiness, control monitoring, Workday change governance, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliance, financial reporting integrity, and efficient processes.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, manage daily cash and banking activities, perform monthly bank reconciliations, maintain fixed asset accounting and chart of accounts, ensure compliance with Virginia Lottery and gaming regulations, and support department-specific financial analysis.

Produce internal financial statements and monthly management reports, lead cafe financial reporting and reconciliations, support audits, research exceptions, reconcile subsystems to the general ledger, provide ad-hoc analysis, and help establish financial controls and process improvements across departments.

Supervise and maintain customer casino credit and check-cashing accounts; process and review credit applications, verify bank/credit information, maintain credit files and reports, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, and provide professional guest and team-member service on the casino floor.

Lead enterprise ticketing analytics and strategy to optimize revenue across venues. Oversee ticketing processes, vendor integrations (Ticketmaster/Archtics), forecasting, predictive modeling, CRM/email/SMS strategies, reporting, and onboarding of new venues. Provide senior leadership insights, run vendor RFPs, and drive ticketing policy, pricing optimization, and cross-functional initiatives.
