Lead cafe sales and marketing to drive year-over-year guest count and revenue growth. Manage marketing initiatives and budgets, develop sales strategies, partner cross-departmentally, execute events, uphold brand standards, coach and develop team members, and support hiring and retention.

Lead paid digital and social marketing strategy across Seminole Gaming properties to drive player acquisition, retention, revenue, and loyalty. Manage campaign planning, budgeting, agency partnerships, first-party data activation, segmentation, creative direction, AI/ML-driven optimization, and compliance with gaming and data privacy regulations. Collaborate with property marketing, CRM, analytics, and creative teams to measure performance and maximize lifetime value.

Lead technical accounting function globally: research and implement accounting standards, prepare memos and disclosures, manage fixed asset accounting, advise on complex transactions (M&A, JV, divestitures), oversee consultants, collaborate with auditors, mentor staff, and improve processes and controls.

Ensure accurate payroll accounting and reconciliations, maintain payroll data in Workday, support month/quarter/year-end close, ensure compliance and audit readiness, prepare payroll reports and variance analyses, and collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and Benefits to improve processes.

Supervise cashiering/cage operations including managing chip and cash inventories, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling customer complaints, hiring/training/scheduling staff, maintaining a safe work area, and performing related duties.

Support Cafe Sales & Marketing team by managing contracts, event and brand calendars, occupancy reporting, package administration, website updates, prospecting, client communication, and event execution. Attend trade shows and client functions, coordinate between departments, maintain sales tools, and ensure guest satisfaction while promoting the brand.

Manage database-driven direct marketing: build and maintain segmentation models, create/modify queries, prepare lists for vendors, reconcile data, produce reports, investigate data quality, support testing, provide ad-hoc analysis and training, and maintain vendor/guest relations.

Manage forecasting, scheduling, and intraday monitoring to meet service levels and labor targets. Use WFM tools and spreadsheets to produce reports, optimize schedules, respond to live signals, and partner with Operations and vendors to resolve performance issues.

Lead FP&A for casino and hospitality operations, driving budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, profitability and capital analysis. Provide executive decision support, regulatory-compliant financial planning, and lead an FP&A team to improve processes, analytics, and performance across gaming and non-gaming departments.

Prepare monthly management reports, lead cafe financial reporting, reconcile general ledger and sub-systems, support audits, develop reconciliation processes, investigate exceptions, provide ad-hoc analysis, and improve finance controls and processes across the company.
