Ensure documentation, inventory control, and compliance with gaming licensure background checks.

Investigate internal suspicious alerts and patron activity for online and retail sports-betting; perform AML due diligence, create SARs, respond to law enforcement and 314b requests, document audit trails, test procedures and systems for BSA/AML compliance, support regulatory audits, recommend process improvements, and assist compliance management and casino operations.

Manage and mentor accounting staff while overseeing complex journal entries, multi-currency inter-company reconciliations, payroll and benefits liability reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, variance analysis, audit support, and ensuring GAAP-compliant accounting using Workday Financials.

Support the Compliance Manager by maintaining compliance records, auditing Title 31/ICS requirements, preparing CTRs/SARCs, coordinating internal/external audits, tracing reportable transactions, monitoring sensitive keys, and preparing quarterly compliance reports.

Prepare recurring and ad-hoc internal financial reports and analyses, support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, extract and interpret complex data, communicate findings to stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to improve finance processes.

Perform compliance, financial, and risk-based internal audits and investigations assessing gaming and AML regulations, internal controls, and policy compliance. Use Excel and data-analytics tools to document findings, recommend improvements, communicate results to management, and maintain confidential records while meeting licensing requirements.
