Lead commercial furniture planning and space design: create accurate AutoCAD/CET layouts, price proposals, develop material/color presentations, coordinate vendors, perform field measurements, produce installation drawings, ensure code/ADA compliance, and manage project files and client interactions.

Lead and mentor a design team to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned design solutions from concept through completion. Manage projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while improving workflows, maintaining standards, and incorporating sustainable and industry-specific practices.

Design and plan commercial furniture solutions including space plans, pricing, presentations, vendor coordination, site measurements, installation drawings, and project file management. Ensure code compliance, accuracy of drawings/inventories, and actively participate in client programming sessions.

Creates proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and digital content to drive business development and brand awareness. Collaborates with market leadership and partners to plan co-branded events, enhance showroom experiences, develop social media content, maintain brand consistency, and support internal employee engagement. Requires managing multiple projects and monthly travel among Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston showrooms.

Drive new business and expand existing commercial accounts through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and client advocacy. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate internal teams (design, project management), manage timelines/budgets, lead meetings, track pipeline and forecasts, and ensure high-quality delivery across the project lifecycle.
