Own day-to-day Shopify storefront execution across multiple markets: turn commercial initiatives into live experiences, manage the e-commerce backlog and agency deliveries, run CRO experiments, analyse GA4 and behavioural data, and coordinate international and SEO improvements.

Lead end-to-end hardware product development: translate concepts into specifications, manage timelines with Chinese OEM/ODM partners, coordinate CE/EMC compliance, drive samples and quality, and keep founders and stakeholders informed to move products to production.
