Lead sourcing and execution of acquisitions across fragmented service industries: originate targets, build pipelines, develop sector theses, perform financial modelling and valuation, coordinate diligence, manage negotiations and closing, prepare investment memos, support integration and post-acquisition value creation while advising founders and leadership.

Drive strategic growth by sourcing, closing, onboarding, and managing partnerships with wealth managers, banks, real estate developers, and institutions. Structure commercial agreements, develop joint GTM and co-selling initiatives, monitor partner performance, and collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to optimize retention and revenue.

Onboard partners, negotiate agreements, manage a CRM pipeline, conduct account reviews, identify upsell opportunities, resolve issues, and report market intelligence and partner performance to leadership.

Advise UAE clients on mortgage options, assess financial eligibility, prepare and submit documentation, liaise with lenders to negotiate terms, ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and AML rules, and manage the mortgage process from enquiry to disbursal while building relationships with clients and real estate partners.
