Develop, operate and improve the company's GRC framework and ISMS. Coordinate security governance, perform risk assessments, manage audits and evidence, maintain risk registers and control documentation, support third-party risk assessments, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and report KPIs/KRIs to senior management and the CISO.

Build and maintain Postgres (Supabase) backends and Python data pipelines, sync data across Snowflake/Airtable/internal DBs, create internal tools (Next.js optional), analyze data to surface insights, and build and improve production AI agents. Lead domain-level technical strategy and architecture, manage and mentor engineering managers and staff, scale teams (30-50%), align stakeholders across product, sales and operations, drive operational excellence (incidents, security, metrics), and own domain planning and delivery within quarterly cycles.

Configure, optimize, and embed Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations into finance and operations; translate business requirements into scalable solutions; lead testing, training, master data management, and user enablement; design cross-functional processes with SCM; manage integrations, change control, and stakeholder communication to improve ERP performance and usability.

Lead and grow the ERP engineering team to own and evolve Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Drive technical strategy, architecture, integrations, CI/CD, and high-quality delivery across Finance, Operations, and Energy domains.
