Work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives across portfolio brands. Own and execute operational projects, improve processes (operations, logistics, CX, product), coordinate launches, work with suppliers, build dashboards, implement AI tools and automation, identify and remove bottlenecks, and support hiring and onboarding.

Own and operate Meta and Google Ads across a portfolio of D2C brands: run rapid creative and audience tests, implement tracking/attribution (Shopify, GA4), analyze performance, scale winning campaigns while managing CAC, and translate CMO strategy into execution.
