Manage the Warsaw office environment, resolve daily operational issues, support internal events and employee onboarding, prepare workspaces, and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Own and improve ads monetization: propose optimizations, coordinate implementation with production, analyze LTV-related metrics with analytics, and optimize the ad stack.

Maintain full statutory accounting records per Polish regulations, perform month- and year-end closings, manage bank transactions and payroll entries (~50 employees), prepare tax declarations (VAT, CIT, JPK), produce reports and statutory financial statements, cooperate with auditors, and supervise a junior accountant.

Design mobile game interfaces and animations for iOS/Android, build interactive prototypes, adapt UIs for tablets, prepare layout guidelines, review game builds, present design solutions, and collaborate with developers to solve product problems and improve game experiences.

Lead recruitment and onboarding, coordinate adaptation and performance, implement HR policies, advise management on personnel issues, manage relocation and immigration, resolve employee HR issues, organise events, prepare reports and supervise health and safety.
