Lead and own development of the iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI. Lead AI-enabled investor relations and fundraising operations: build/deploy LLM/agent workflows, create and maintain VC/PE/private credit fund models, produce investor materials, manage communications and data rooms, and own the end-to-end LP commitment process.

Lead SEC registration and design Infra One's US compliance operating system. Build written policies (Form ADV, AML/KYC, custody), run multi-fund monitoring and GP due diligence, manage exams and regulator relationships, advise on fund structuring and conflicts, and define organizational substance, books-and-records, and cybersecurity compliance for a scalable platform.

Build and lead Infra One's in-house fund accounting and administration function. Design chart of accounts, NAV policies, capital call/distribution mechanics, carry/fee waterfalls, valuation methodologies, reconciliations, and audit-ready controls. Manage multi-fund operations, investor onboarding and reporting, custodian and banking relationships, and select accounting/reporting systems. Hire and mentor fund accounting and treasury staff to scale platform operations across multiple funds and jurisdictions.
