Lead independent risk oversight for a VC/PE-focused AIFM: oversee illiquid-asset valuation, monitor liquidity and leverage, design venture-specific stress tests, integrate real-time risk dashboards into the tech stack, and report independently to the Board to protect platform solvency.

Serve as CSSF Responsable du Controle for the AIFM and hosted funds. Perform day-to-day accounting for closed- and open-end funds, book capital calls/distributions/fees, execute month-end closes and reconciliations, prepare quarterly/annual financial statements and investor reporting, maintain documentation, resolve discrepancies, assist regulatory filings, and support process automation.
