Own strategic and operational workstreams reporting to the CEO: prepare investor and board materials, run board and leadership meeting logistics, design company operating cadence, lead cross-functional projects, maintain processes and documentation, and support hiring/onboarding.

Senior individual contributor managing polymers application programs: diagnose customer technical issues, design and coordinate R&D experiments, own regulatory and quality documentation, support commercial teams, and maintain customer relationships through trials to supply.

Support strategy and operations across the company: prepare board and fundraising materials, conduct strategic research and competitive analysis, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive hiring and scalable operations, identify bottlenecks, and own high-impact projects alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff during a six-month internship.
