Your role
As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll join our Strategy and Operations team for a 6-month internship with a front-row view of entrepreneurship. You'll learn how to build a business in its early stages and experience first-hand how to navigate challenges and make critical decisions in a fast-developing organisation. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, tackling high-impact projects that drive our growth and our vision, together with Mitchell, our CEO, and Marla, our Chief of Staff.
## YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Play a key role in the preparation and execution of board meetings and fundraising activities, while taking full ownership of internal meeting presentations.
* Conduct strategic research and competitive analysis not just through desk research, but by actively engaging with internal experts and external stakeholders to validate commercial hypotheses
* Facilitate coordination between research, business development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accelerate decision-making processes
* Support the transition into our next growth stage by driving hiring initiatives and setting up scalable operational structures
* Proactively identify bottlenecks, drive operational improvements, and take full ownership of cross-functional projects as they arise
Your profile
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master’s degree (incl. MBA) in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university
* Previous internship experience in consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startups
* Highly driven and motivated with a strong ownership mentality
* Ability to maintain structure and attention to detail, even in a fast-paced startup environment that requires a hands-on approach
* Excellent communication skills and high comfort with ambiguity
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Passionate about sustainable innovation
