Lead and scale the commercial engine across inbound, outbound, aftersales, and offline conversion. Own sales targets, CRM and AI-driven workflows, customer retention, team development, market insight, and key client relationships.

Work directly with the founder to identify consumer market trends, develop and validate business ideas, lead investment sourcing and due diligence, support company launches, and build a community through events and stakeholder relationships.
