Lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management for MEP, interior fit-out, and joinery projects. Oversee procurement lifecycle, inventory, logistics, and compliance with UAE procurement laws while optimising cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Provide procurement guidance to project teams and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Manage daily cash flow, banking transactions, payments, reconciliations and treasury journal entries. Prepare cash forecasts and treasury reports, support liquidity planning, intercompany transfers, month-end/year-end close, audit support, and compliance.
