Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET applications in Azure. Define architecture, improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, uphold engineering standards, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, support Agile delivery, and resolve incidents. Build secure, resilient financial systems spanning payments, treasury, risk, compliance, and client integrations while balancing hands-on development with technical leadership.

Manages the full FX post-trade lifecycle from execution through settlement, including trade capture, reconciliations, margin calls, settlements, and counterparty exposure monitoring. The analyst identifies and escalates discrepancies, collaborates with Trading, Back Office, Technology, Settlements, Payments, and Risk teams, supports regulatory compliance, and contributes to process automation and control improvements.

Own Group FP&A, forecasting, and financial modelling; develop business intelligence and dashboards; produce management reporting and analysis; link profitability to cash generation; partner with the CFO and senior stakeholders on strategic projects, investments, and international expansion; automate reporting and improve data quality.

Manage day-to-day finance operations (AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll inputs, commissions), support month-end and management accounts, maintain controls and documentation, assist Financial Controller with reporting, audits, treasury reconciliations, and drive process improvements and automation across the finance function.

Establish and own Group Treasury & Regulatory Finance: lead cash forecasting, liquidity and regulatory capital monitoring/reporting, reconciliations, controls and automation, build dashboards, support CFO and coordinate with Compliance, Risk and business stakeholders.

Investigate transaction monitoring alerts for AML, fraud, and sanctions; analyse transactional behaviour and source of funds; prepare ISARs/Internal SARs; escalate high-risk cases; use data to identify trends, improve monitoring controls, and support continuous improvement across compliance and risk teams.
