Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers. Implement drivers for peripherals, debug hardware/boards, optimize performance and power, use version control, support testing, validation, and production releases.

Manage plant financials including general ledger, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting and inventory control. Prepare management reports and variance analyses, support audits, weekly business reviews, and partner with operations to improve costing, margins, and inventory accuracy.

Process vendor invoices and payments, reconcile discrepancies, perform data entry and verification, support audits and annual physical inventory, maintain filing, and follow ISO and 6S quality systems. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors and perform other assigned accounting support duties.

Lead demand generation, funnel management, and sales enablement for EMS customers in aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical markets. Own multi-channel B2B campaigns, analytics and attribution, CRM/marketing automation, web optimization, ABM, and sales collateral. Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging, deliver performance reporting tied to pipeline and revenue, and manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional alignment to drive pipeline and awarded program growth.

Implement and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects at the Mason facility. Facilitate Kaizen events, collect/process data, troubleshoot production issues, lead cross-functional teams, document processes, and deliver results using MS Office and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Serve as the primary HR leader for Westborough manufacturing site and support two additional U.S. sites. Lead employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compensation analysis, HRIS administration (Paycom), training, and organizational development. Advise site leadership, ensure legal compliance, and drive HR metrics and process improvements while supporting benefits and CA labor law requirements.
