Entry-level engineer supporting public infrastructure projects through planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction, and delivery. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, scopes, cost estimates, reports, and technical solutions; coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors; maintaining client and project relationships; and managing multiple simultaneous projects. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering and have an EIT license or obtain one within six months.

The Project Accountant will manage project financials, including monthly billing, revenue recognition, WIP reporting, job cost analysis, project setup, and accounts receivable coordination. Responsibilities also include reviewing subconsultant invoices and contracts, tracking project costs, supporting compliance and audits, maintaining documentation, resolving discrepancies, and preparing financial analyses. The role collaborates closely with project managers, accounting teams, and leadership to ensure accurate records, timely billing, effective controls, and efficient project accounting processes.

Coordinate project execution and financial oversight for municipal infrastructure projects. Manage project setup, scheduling, documentation, permits, subconsultants, ERP/PM systems, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure operational and financial compliance.

Perform and coordinate hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM) for drainage, stormwater, roadway, channel, and floodplain projects. Prepare drainage impact analyses, technical reports, regulatory submittals (CLOMR/LOMR), and construction deliverables; coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams; manage scope, schedule, and budget; review technical work and mentor junior engineers to support successful project delivery.

Lead municipal civil infrastructure projects through full lifecycle: manage teams and subcontractors, ensure QA/QC, schedules, budgets, invoicing, and client communication; prepare proposals, oversee project accounting (Ajera), mentor staff, and represent the firm in industry activities.

Support project managers and practice leadership in planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. Assist with proposals, budgets, design, permitting, construction coordination, QA/QC, client communication, team mentoring, and project administration.
