Create, design, schedule, and optimize email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement. Build engagement journeys, automation rules, lead scoring, landing pages, forms, and event sequences. Segment and maintain contact data, suppression lists, and compliance standards. Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, support digital marketing content, and collaborate with advisors and operations to ensure accurate, consistent messaging.

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, explain the value of financial planning, follow up with warm leads and referrals, schedule advisor meetings, maintain prospect records, support educational events, and coordinate with advisors through onboarding. Ongoing training will build communication skills, systems knowledge, and financial literacy.
