Main Responsibilities:
Editing YouTube videos, internal content, public-facing ads, and social media content
Help with the post-production process for all video content
Maintain consistent visual and brand identity across all projects
Collaborate with the marketing team, advisors, and leadership to develop compelling video stories
Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final assets
Provide creative input on shot selection and scripting when needed
Stay up-to-date on video trends and apply best practices for engaging content
Helping with other tasks and projects needed for our operations team
Skills Required
- Elite video editing skills for YouTube, social media, internal training, and public-facing advertisements
- Ability to own the editing and post-production process for all video content
- Ability to maintain consistent visual and brand identity across projects
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, advisors, and leadership to develop compelling video stories
- Ability to produce podcast clips, YouTube episodes, advertisements, client education, and internal training videos
- Ability to manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final assets
- Ability to provide creative input on shot selection and scripting
- Ability to optimize videos for various platforms and formats
- Knowledge of current video trends and best practices for engaging content
