Conduct user research and usability testing, ensure accessibility and consistency, contribute to the design system, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Governance teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Design and implement testing strategies and automated frameworks for AI/ML systems; evaluate model performance, robustness, biases, hallucinations, and security; analyze datasets and outputs for quality and compliance; collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve AI solutions and document testing findings and best practices for trustworthy AI in public administration.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-driven GovTech platform. Mentor product teams, align stakeholders, translate public-sector needs into scalable solutions, drive discovery and prioritization, establish product processes, and ensure usability, compliance, and long-term platform scalability across interdisciplinary teams.

Research and analyze social-welfare processes, administrative workflows, and forms to identify digitalization opportunities. Evaluate legal, operational, and user requirements, support data-driven product decisions, prepare documentation and recommendations, collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI and Governance teams, and prioritize future form and workflow integrations.

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible frontend applications and reusable UI components. Collaborate with product designers, backend and AI teams to integrate APIs, optimize performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and uphold frontend best practices through code reviews and testing.
