Collaborate with Product, Data Services, and Analytics; create deliverables on Riskonnect and secondary platforms (Adobe, Conga, Cognos, PowerBI, SAP, InRule, Crystal Reports). Manage priorities, escalation, stakeholder expectations, and customer status communications.

Conduct outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads for independent K-12 schools, booking qualified meetings and building pipeline. Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, collaborate with marketing and account executives, personalize outreach, monitor market trends, and meet monthly/quarterly activity and meeting targets.

Provide back-office support by managing shared inboxes, performing accurate data entry in accounting systems (Xero/Simpro), reconciling statements, tracking tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining organized records and compliance.

Manage customer health and adoption for 20–30 enterprise software clients: onboard, run training and campaigns, handle renewals, escalate and resolve issues, drive adoption and upsell, map stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional improvements, and maintain product and industry knowledge.

Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and on time. Perform three-way PO/invoice/goods receipt matching, resolve vendor statement variances, manage documentation archiving and retrieval, answer AP inquiries and escalate as needed, and follow approved policies while supporting process improvements.

Coordinate and dispatch regional subcontractors, manage availability and schedules by phone, communicate updates to customers and internal teams, ensure accurate invoicing and portal records, resolve scheduling issues, and suggest process improvements to maintain service levels.
