Support operations by processing and delivering ticket orders, retrieving tickets from multiple platforms, coordinating with customer service and event teams to resolve order issues, escalating when needed, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks such as inventory tracking and report generation.

Provide litigation support to a team of solicitors: draft correspondence and court documents, prepare affidavits and briefs, file and maintain records, manage databases, liaise with clients and registries, assist billing and general office duties.

Support accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations, use ERP (e.g., SAP B1) and MS Office, work across multi-entity environments, and apply strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork to meet deadlines and serve internal/external customers.

Provide first- and second-line technical support and UAT assistance: log and resolve incidents using ITSM tools, maintain runbooks/knowledge articles, support onboarding/offboarding, and help plan and execute UAT (test cases, environment readiness, test data, access provisioning) across domains like Finance, ERP, CRM, HR, and Data/BI.

Lead an accounts payable team, act as AP subject-matter expert, resolve escalations, drive process improvements, manage month-end close and reconciliations, support audits, develop KPIs, and coach staff to meet campaign and financial deadlines.
