Handle incoming customer calls, qualify leads, conduct product presentations, prepare quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales and internal teams, and meet assigned sales targets while staying current on industry trends.

Provide technical sales support for building automation and smart building solutions: present products, define project scope, recommend BAS/EMS solutions, support quoting/closing, maintain CRM, and drive customer retention and revenue.

Oversee field operations for lighting and electrical construction: manage staffing, compliance, budgets, materials, field goals, and represent field employees to management to ensure quality and continuity.

Support design, develop, test, and deploy scalable building control systems. Provide technical support, create station-level logic and reports, modify graphics, integrate stations to IoT, develop commissioning and support tools, and train staff.

Develop and convert contacts to leads and customers via marketing channels. Produce copy for print and digital campaigns, write effective social media content, apply SEO and social media marketing tactics, and collaborate with the team using common office software to drive conversions.

Manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable: generate and reconcile invoices, process adjustments, follow up on overdue payments, resolve billing disputes, maintain customer records, and produce AR reports while recommending process improvements.

Provide front-desk and administrative support to project management, estimating, and sales teams: greet visitors, route calls, assist managers, maintain calendars, and support Operations, HR, and Accounting. Use Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), handle multiline phones, and coordinate project-related administrative tasks.

Manage and supervise installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of in-building RF cellular/DAS systems across DFW. Plan builds from construction documents, schedule and forecast manpower, train staff, coordinate subcontractors, complete project reports and documentation, procure parts, and use digital platforms for record keeping. Must travel between sites and comply with safety/background checks.

Serve as primary liaison for assigned accounts to resolve issues, retain and grow customer relationships, drive upsells and renewals, coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM data, and represent the company at events to meet performance KPIs.

Drive growth for vocational training programs by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships with industry and educational stakeholders, promoting programs at events, using digital marketing and social channels, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance and market awareness to expand Propel Career Academy's training offerings.
