Track costs, prepare RFIs/subcontracts/purchase orders, attend meetings, monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage electrical construction projects for data centers from preconstruction through commissioning. Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources; ensure NEC compliance for MV/LV and controls wiring; track change orders/RFIs; supervise electricians and foremen; lead commissioning, quality control, and OSHA-compliant safety practices while providing technical guidance and stakeholder communication.
