Prepare monthly and federal financial reports, maintain the general ledger, review journal entries and payroll tax filings, support payroll, audits, budgeting, reconciliations, cost reports, and budget-to-actual analysis. The role ensures GAAP compliance, investigates accounting discrepancies, develops reporting systems, and supports the Finance Director with internal and external financial processes.

Supports grant research, proposal writing, submissions, progress reporting, and funding administration. Coordinates with finance, data, operations, internal departments, and external funding partners to monitor grant activities, maintain records, manage deadlines, and support compliance. Researches corporate, foundation, and government funding opportunities and assists with federal grant management. Requires strong organizational, communication, project coordination, and grant-writing skills.
