Lead full-funnel growth and marketing for a European overnight train startup: define brand strategy, build paid and organic acquisition systems, implement tracking/attribution and CRM, run experimentation, and deliver forecasting and reporting to inform leadership and investors.

Lead the launch and day-to-day operations of Nox's first overnight train line: manage external partners, define and meet commercial and operational KPIs, co-develop the operational base, and hire and lead the operational team to deliver the customer experience.

Six-month open internship where you pitch a project and work closely with founders and a host team (brand, operations, hospitality, growth, product). You’ll own end-to-end work, use modern tools, and help shape Nox’s overnight train experience in Berlin.
