Lead corporate partnerships, sponsorship cultivation, and signature event strategy (Candlelight and Clay); oversee volunteer engagement, orientation, training, and volunteer management systems; supervise event planner and committees; collaborate with development and communications teams to drive fundraising, in-kind donations, and community engagement.

Support cash management, donor transaction processing, non‑grant accounts receivable, in‑kind contributions, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain expense and credit card processes, assist with accounts payable backup, prepare month‑end schedules, support audits, and coordinate with Development and vendors to ensure accurate financial stewardship.

Manage and oversee HR functions including employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, compliance, policy administration, investigations, and HRIS data. Supervise HR Generalist, lead annual performance process, coordinate benefits and regulatory filings, support terminations and payroll backup, and drive HR process improvements.
