Build and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, manage deployments across development through production, and support version control, branching, release orchestration, environment strategy, rollback, testing, governance, and troubleshooting. Build API, middleware, and ETL integrations; troubleshoot data and platform issues; support data quality, governance, security, and compliance; document technical solutions; and collaborate with business, product, and architecture stakeholders.

Provides executive administrative support to the Korea Country Manager and Sales Leader by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across stakeholders and time zones, preparing agendas, tracking follow-ups, arranging travel and expenses, handling confidential information, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, discretion, and fluent Korean and professional English communication in a hybrid Seoul-based environment.

Own Product Management initiatives across financial systems, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, and BI. Map financial and commercial workflows, validate pricing and contract data, define reporting and dashboard requirements, document functional specifications, and partner with Finance, Legal, Product, engineering, and data teams. The role connects CPQ/CLM, ERP, billing, revenue recognition, and analytics systems while improving data quality, operational efficiency, and process transparency.

Build and maintain automated test frameworks with TypeScript and Playwright, creating functional, integration, and API tests for backend services. Debug test and application failures, support CI/CD execution, and contribute independently to production backend code in Java or Kotlin. Apply software and test engineering practices to improve product quality and reliability in a remote APAC contract role.

Develop and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows. Maintain case management, omnichannel support, routing, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations with external platforms including Snowflake. Monitor production health, investigate incidents, resolve operational issues, document findings, and participate in structured production-support processes.

Conduct market research, identify and qualify sales prospects, manage Salesforce records, and analyze post-event campaign data. Prepare reports on lead progress, market findings, and campaign performance while collaborating with digital marketing and communications teams to improve outreach and pipeline development.

Build and maintain API and Azure SQL data pipelines, create Power BI and analytics dashboards, implement website and campaign tracking, perform data quality checks, troubleshoot reporting issues, and deliver actionable insights. The role supports digital communications and marketing initiatives through web, campaign, and platform analytics, while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting basic machine learning use cases for campaign optimization.
