Drive life and general insurance sales within partner bank branches in Lagos Island. Build relationships with branch employees and customers, identify and solicit new business, grow existing clientele, conduct market and competitor analysis, and complete reporting, planning, administration, and regional meeting activities. Act as Compliance and AML/CFT Reporting Officer, coordinate CBN examinations, prepare Board-level reporting, and build scalable controls and processes to support transition to a National MFB license.

Lead and scale branch and back-office operations for a growing microfinance bank, ensuring CBN regulatory compliance, robust KYC/AML controls, CBS availability, digital channel reliability, fraud prevention, BCP/DRP readiness, branch openings, vendor and third-party oversight, and building a high-performing operations team to support transition to a National MFB license.

Lead credit lifecycle, marketing, and financial inclusion programs to drive customer acquisition, loan portfolio growth, and profitability; enforce credit policy and CBN compliance; design products for youth and women; run digital and ATL/BTL marketing; build partnerships; manage teams and contribute to EXCO strategy toward national MFB licensing.

Lead financial stewardship and strategic growth for a microfinance bank: drive 5-year strategy, digital transformation (digital lending, mobile and agent banking), capital planning, regulatory compliance (CBN/NDIC/FIRS), treasury and risk management, financial reporting (IFRS), investor relations and build a high-performing Finance & Strategy team to support National MFB license transition.
