Define platform standards, develop PLC/HMI/SCADA software, perform V&V, manage cross-functional interfaces, mentor engineers, and drive documentation and process improvements to ensure compliance and reliable product delivery.

Lead controls architecture and delivery for liquid cooling and air movement products: requirements, detailed PLC/HMI/SCADA design, industrial networking, validation, commissioning support, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring cross-functional teams to scale reusable control platforms.

Administer and improve employee benefits and leave programs, maintain HRIS data (Paycom), support payroll backup, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, produce HR metrics and employee communications, and support onboarding/offboarding and HR operational processes.

Lead high-value Engineer-to-Order projects from pre-award through customer acceptance. Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality; coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, and Commissioning; own P&L visibility, commissioning handoff standards, PMO process improvements, and mentor PM staff.

Support HVAC sales and engineering by selecting and validating equipment, preparing technical proposals and submittals, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving technical issues with customers and vendors, and ensuring smooth handoff to production engineering. Maintain application standards and provide continuous improvement feedback.

Coordinate day-to-day project support for the liquid cooling engineering team: manage meetings, schedules, documentation (SharePoint/Teams), action-item tracking, purchasing follow-up, vendor communication, UL certification support, project updates, travel coordination, and process improvements to increase engineering productivity.

Support commercial growth through analytics, pricing tools, dashboards, reporting, and sales enablement. Build pricing models, maintain proposal templates, deliver executive reporting, support forecasting, perform customer and competitor analysis, and identify process automation opportunities.
