We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Heat Rejection Solutions to own product strategy and execution for heat rejection solutions supporting data centers and other mission-critical environments, with emphasis on chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related heat rejection systems.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and is intended for a senior Product Manager who can lead the PM function across a complex portfolio of highly engineered heat rejection systems. A background in a hardware or manufacturing environment and experience in mission-critical environments preferred.

Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager – Heat Rejection Solutions is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across MAS HVAC’s heat rejection portfolio. This role will lead roadmap development, guide new product development, and ensure alignment between data center customer needs, engineering execution, and business objectives.

The Senior PM will act as the primary owner of heat rejection products, including chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related heat rejection systems, partnering closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to drive portfolio growth and lifecycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for MAS HVAC’s heat rejection solutions portfolio, including chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related systems
  • Lead market analysis focused on data center and mission-critical heat rejection requirements
  • Translate customer, consultant, contractor, and end-user needs into clear product requirements and specifications
  • Guide new product development from concept through launch, including performance targets, cost, manufacturability, and scalability
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize development efforts and manage technical and commercial tradeoffs across standard and configurable products
  • Support sales and applications teams with product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing technical value propositions
  • Monitor product performance, margins, and adoption across target markets and recommend lifecycle actions as needed
  • Serve as the internal product owner for heat rejection solutions, including customer engagement, portfolio planning, and cross-functional alignment

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex, engineered products end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and applications teams
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical domains, including heat rejection systems and mission-critical applications
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with data center cooling, heat rejection systems, chillers, or mission-critical HVAC systems
  • Exposure to chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, or heat rejection applications
  • Background supporting engineered-to-order or configurable product platforms
  • Experience working with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise data center, or other mission-critical customers
  • Spanish-speaking ability preferred
