Process and verify payment requests, reconcile bank transactions, prepare tax deduction recaps and employee tax reports, compile operational reports, and follow quality and safety procedures to support hospital financial operations.

Maintain and build relationships with doctors, specialists, and agencies to ensure up-to-date information and increase patient referrals. Use negotiation, sales management, data analysis, and presentations, with understanding of hospital operations and regulations.
