Create, edit, and publish engaging content across web, email, social, and print to support university priorities and brand. Maintain website content, manage content calendars, schedule digital communications, support events, and coordinate with campus partners to ensure consistent, audience-focused messaging.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Athletics Department, managing scheduling (25Live), finances, ticketing and concessions, event logistics, staff supervision, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Ensure FERPA compliance, coordinate with campus partners, assist fundraising/marketing, and support budgets and special projects.

Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of undergraduate admissions. Lead a team of ~14, set enrollment goals and metrics, develop recruitment and communication strategies, manage CRM and name-buy/search processes, oversee policies and travel/territory operations, collaborate across campus, and use data to meet enrollment targets.
