Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for thermoplastics categories. Develop and implement category sourcing plans, negotiate multi-year contracts, provide market insights, collaborate with engineering/R&D, drive cost savings and supply continuity, and manage supplier performance and risk.

Support CAM operations and supply chain via financial planning, variance analysis, and month-end close. Build AOP and forecasts, analyze plant-level labor, overhead, inventory and COGS, prepare operations journal entries, develop Power BI dashboards, standardize reporting across ERPs, and partner with plant leaders to improve productivity, cost structure, and working capital.

Drive revenue and margin growth across strategic accounts in the West Region by building relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors, influencing product specification, managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, delivering presentations and trainings, representing the company at events, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet regional targets.

Drive specification influence and sales growth by engaging architects, consultants, building owners, and contractors. Deliver AIA-aligned presentations and technical training, support product selection and project execution, provide technical documentation and troubleshooting, and participate in technical development and new product launch activities. Maintain relationships, track specification opportunities, and stay current on industry standards and codes.
