Lead HR initiatives for operations including labor and employee relations, talent acquisition and management, compensation, HR metrics, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Support and optimize melting and remelting operations for nickel, cobalt, and specialty steels (VIM, ESR, VAR). Lead continuous improvement, maintain SPC, troubleshoot non-conformances, run trials and data analysis, support audits, and communicate results to operations and customers.

Execute international cash operations, daily positioning, payments and reconciliations; support bank compliance (KYC), account management, and SOX controls; assist capital markets initiatives, forecasting tool implementation, Treasury Management System enhancements, lease coordination, bank scorecards, and special projects.

Lead process controls and automation across multiple manufacturing sites. Design, implement, integrate, and support PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA systems, troubleshoot and improve process efficiency, support capital projects, maintain documentation, liaise with equipment suppliers, and develop subordinate engineers.

Support model validation via testing, communicate results, propose projects for quality/cost improvements, and collaborate across R&D and manufacturing with periodic plant visits. Onsite in Monroe, NC.

Lead internal and external communications for ATI's Specialty Materials business unit. Build channels to reach shop-floor employees, create written and video content, manage crisis and media engagement, support digital/social strategy, coach leaders, measure communications effectiveness, and embed communications into business initiatives.

Manage inbound/outbound material flow and daily/weekly scheduling for SRP melt and HRPF operations across multiple sites. Coordinate carbon conversion, HRPF scheduling (furnaces, Danieli, ingot breakdown), titanium scheduling, vendor management, and ensure on-time delivery to plants and customers.

Perform furnace data collection, review heat charts, generate thermal-processing reports, lead projects to improve data acquisition and traceability, maintain temperature uniformity surveys, ensure audit-ready record retention, and advise operations on heat-treat quality and compliance (AMS 2750 and customer specs).

Plan, schedule, and execute R&D-scale melts; lead metallurgical process development and improvements; support customer requests, pilot work, procurement, and cross-functional R&D projects in a manufacturing environment.
