Summary:
We are currently seeking a Process Leader, Supply Chain (Primary Group). This position will be located at our Brackenridge Plant in Brackenridge, PA.
The process leader will schedule material flow from the coilyard at ATI’s HRPF.
Essential Functions:
- Lead Scheduling of the Coilyard at ATI’s HRPF facility
- This job has required OT (45-60 hour weeks) to ensure that we do not exhaust capacity in our coilyard and works until the mill shuts down for the day.
- Create Weekly and Daily schedules to manage material flow to and from ATI’s HRPF facility.
- Develop best practices for coordination of Supply Chain management between Outside Vendors, Logistics, Production, Planning and Scheduling.
- Part of a team responsible for on-time delivery performance out of ATI’s Brackenridge facility.
- Lead and support supply chain growth initiatives through process improvement and software development.
- Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet production needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or other appropriate program from an accredited institution

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution
- Expert in analyzing data to develop strategies for improving inventory efficiency and driving customer satisfaction.

- Expert level with Microsoft Excel
