Provide Japanese<>English technical interpretation and translation for production engineering and general administration. Support meetings, customer/supplier visits, documentation, training activities (Aisin Technical Academy), and cross-department communication while maintaining safety, HR, and security compliance.

Manage sales activities for powertrain products to Toyota and other customers: gather RFQ information, prepare piece-price quotations, negotiate pricing, develop sales plans, support program launches, track profitability, participate in sales meetings, promote cost reduction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel ~25%.

Design, upgrade, and troubleshoot electrical and controls systems for manufacturing equipment. Develop wiring drawings, BOMs, panels per NFPA/UL codes, PLC/HMI programs, and engineering reports. Lead installation, testing, and cross-functional projects, support technicians, and maintain documentation and schedules to improve automation and reduce labor.

Provide technical leadership to manufacturing to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, support new equipment/product launches, implement engineering changes, drive continuous and cost-reduction improvements, ensure safety, quality, EPA/OSHA compliance, and train operators.

Support and maintain import/export compliance for North America: execute daily import/export activities, coordinate with customs brokers and logistics, analyze entries and KPIs, support audits, update SOPs, mitigate customs risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and documentation control.

Support HR Assistant Manager with recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll edits, FMLA and leave administration, employee relations, compliance, safety training, recognition programs, disciplinary actions, and event organization in a manufacturing environment.

Support and maintain import/export operations: process and validate customs entries and ISFs, coordinate with brokers and logistics, manage documentation, analyze customs data, support audits, and drive continuous process improvements for trade compliance.
