Position Summary

This position will provide guidance and support to the QAC department while supporting quality functions in North America.

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development of annual business plans and long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with executive goals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial or operational variances, and report business performance to senior leadership.
• Market & Financial Analysis: Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities or potential risks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure to align departmental objectives with overall corporate strategy.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic briefs for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external stakeholders.
• Special Projects: Evaluate business development opportunities, including market expansion, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic partnerships.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate planning, management consulting, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting and management principles.
• Advanced abilities in data analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze information and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 5 %
• Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
