Serve as a business-facing analyst for personal lines, bridging stakeholders and technical teams. Analyze systems and APIs, document requirements and user stories, develop test scenarios, perform ad-hoc data analysis, triage defects, and support solution design, technical documentation, and training to deliver quality software in an agile environment.

Implement, integrate, test and support Murex MX.3 integration modules (MxMLExchange, Datamart, APIs, workflows). Build and convert interfaces, automate processes with scripting, resolve client support cases, participate in SIT/UAT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and cloud readiness.

Develop, integrate, and test embedded firmware and software for microcontrollers and robotics platforms. Support rapid prototyping, hardware/software integration, ROS-based robotics integration, benchtop debugging, test events, technical documentation, and delivery of prototype systems for DoD stakeholders.

Design, analyze, and troubleshoot hydromechanical and fluid power systems for naval test environments. Perform system modeling, validation, FEA, and CAD-based mechanical design. Support hands-on testing, maintenance, and safety compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and producing technical documentation.

Write, edit, and format technical documentation (manuals, SOPs, TDPs, test plans/results) for prototypes and low-rate production. Support test events, manage lab inventory and documentation lifecycle, conduct usability testing, and obtain required hazard-analysis/SOP certifications. Communicate status to stakeholders and ensure documentation meets DoD/NSWC Crane standards.

Coordinate workforce documentation, onboarding, resource tracking, access requests, timesheet management, and operational governance. Maintain Confluence and Planview records, support financial accruals and SOW reviews, capture meeting minutes, and ensure organizational processes and files are current.

Lead design and implementation of custom AFSIM solutions for EW and EMSO. Develop and extend AFSIM models, behaviors, and plugins; integrate with tools like STK/NGTS; analyze outputs and produce technical reports/briefings; lead small teams and apply Python/C++ for automation and tool integration; support MBSE activities.

Implement and maintain secure DevSecOps platform infrastructure for DoD systems. Build automated CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), containerized deployments (Docker/AKS), and integrate security and RMF compliance. Provide platform support, monitoring with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, collaborate with development and security teams, and troubleshoot platform issues.

Support and maintain AWS production and dev environments, administer Linux systems, implement cloud security controls (NIST/RMF), automate infrastructure, monitor system health, troubleshoot networking and OS issues, and support ATO/continuous monitoring efforts while documenting configurations and procedures.

Analyze interview and exercise transcripts to extract structured qualitative findings using NLP and qualitative methods (thematic coding, discourse analysis). Conduct sentiment analysis, produce written reports and visualizations, collaborate with data and readiness teams, and support data/knowledge management practices.
