Administer GitLab, Artifactory, Xray, and SonarQube; design and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps, support containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), integrate monitoring, provide 24/7 on-call support, and collaborate with application teams for onboarding and governance.

Work on a small team supporting submarine design at NSWC Carderock. Develop, debug, and maintain C++ applications across UI, logic, and data layers; fix defects; participate in code reviews; use Git, MSVC, and Windows/Linux toolchains; and progressively take ownership of larger features and subsystems.

Support and analyze data anomalies across Data Warehouse, ODS, replication and ETL environments. Collaborate with Business, DBA and ETL teams to document transformations, assist in production validation, configure data governance/virtualization/MDM solutions, maintain data dictionaries and lineage, and produce complex SQL queries and analysis in an agile team environment.

Provide mechanical or electrical engineering support for system design, analysis, documentation, and integration for DoD programs. Create and update CAD drawings, perform system lifecycle analyses, develop technical reports and specifications, and assist project coordination, vendor oversight, and schedule tracking. Participate in design reviews and technical meetings, and support installation, testing, and record drawing updates.
