Manage sourcing, vendor selection, bidding, and purchasing for electrical packages in EPC projects. Prepare ITBs, evaluate and benchmark bids, maintain procurement plans, coordinate technical and commercial clarifications, and recommend technically acceptable suppliers to support project execution and tender preparation.

Lead design and analysis of static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, reactors) ensuring compliance with ASME/API and project specs. Prepare datasheets, calculations, review vendor documents, support fabrication/installation/commissioning, conduct design reviews, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet safety and client requirements.

Lead delivery of large-scale international marine EPC projects (breakwaters), managing budget, schedule, contracts, subcontractors, risk, QHSE, procurement and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Create and maintain contract baseline and updated project schedules, track progress and KPIs, record daily site progress, support project controls reporting and cost monitoring, identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions, and assist in weekly/monthly reporting and budgeting.

Lead procurement and management of subcontracts for EPC projects: source bidders, draft and negotiate agreements, manage post-award activities, monitor subcontractor performance, handle variations and claims, coordinate cross-functional requirements, maintain records, and ensure delivery per time, cost and quality requirements.

Coordinate HSE activities across corporate, country, and project levels; support corporate HSE; maintain reporting and documentation; perform audits, site visits, and compliance assessments; develop HSE plans and emergency procedures; investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to ensure ISO 45001/14001 compliance.
