Manage procurement of technical goods/services for a major EPC project: prepare inquiries, source suppliers, evaluate quotes, negotiate, coordinate deliveries, monitor logistics/warehousing, apply Incoterms, support tendering, and ensure compliance with IMS and project requirements.

Manage and support SmartPlant 3D for oil & gas EPC projects: install, configure, customize, troubleshoot, administer users/licenses/databases, maintain catalogs/specifications, ensure data integrity and backups, and coordinate workflows with IT and engineering teams.

Source and procure rotating and static mechanical equipment (pumps, tanks, valves, HVAC, marine systems) for oil & gas and marine EPC projects, ensuring compliance with mechanical design, safety standards, cost-effective supplier negotiations, and coordination with expediting/post-order teams.

Lead electrical design for an Oil & Gas EPC brownfield project, focusing on rotating equipment. Develop and review SLDs, cable sizing, grounding and protection schemes; prepare specs and datasheets; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; support procurement, construction, commissioning; mentor junior engineers; perform vendor evaluations, HAZOP and risk reviews to deliver projects on time and budget.

Lead design and engineering of static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, piping) for an Oil & Gas EPC brownfield project. Approve calculations and drawings, manage vendor activities, ensure QA/QC, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, participate in HAZOP and design reviews, mentor junior staff, and ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Create and maintain contract baseline and updated project schedules, track progress and KPIs, record daily site progress, support project controls reporting and cost monitoring, identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions, and assist in weekly/monthly reporting and budgeting.

Support corporate treasury operations including renewal of bilateral banking facilities, processing and recording trade finance, cash and payment transactions, monitoring LCs/LGs, managing surety bonds, advising on trade finance and subcontractor guarantees, and liaising with Tendering, Legal, Procurement and Finance teams.
