Lead centralized procurement for the Middle East, implementing governance and digital systems, supporting projects with sourcing, tendering, negotiations, vendor management, framework agreements, reporting, and building a high-performing procurement team aligned with Brussels procurement.

Provide first-line IT support: log and prioritize tickets, troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware and basic network issues, prepare assets for joiners, support offboarding, maintain asset inventory, perform basic hardware diagnostics and vendor coordination, and follow ICT SOPs and security procedures.

Provide insurance advice and support across project lifecycles: review contractual insurance clauses during tenders, prepare submission files, review broker proposals, verify policy documents during execution, and assist project teams with insurance and administrative follow-up.

Lead mobilization/demobilization and technical follow-up of construction equipment fleet, support site teams, mentor junior engineers, perform equipment inspections, and coordinate international equipment operations.
