Lead engineering delivery for the Wellhead Platform (WHP) package from post-award to operations. Ensure engineering governance, technical quality, H3SE compliance, timely deliverables for procurement/fabrication/installation, contractor engineering oversight, risk mitigation, and stakeholder/interface management to enable right-first-time execution through start-up.

Oversee safe, compliant quayside operations for an offshore logistics base: manage vessel berthing, loading/backloading, lifting, material movements, and coordinate with Vessel Masters, Marine, HSE, Warehouse and contractors.
