Develops and supports sales for new and assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to sales teams and branch management. The role requires customer service, communication, problem-solving, business acumen, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tracking software.

Coordinates procurement quality activities, including supplier corrective actions, vendor recalls, nonconforming material dispositions, returns, credits, replacements, invoice discrepancies, and inventory stock rotation or scrap allowances. Collaborates with suppliers, warehouses, sales, freight carriers, accounting, and inventory control to resolve product quality and fulfillment issues. Requires procurement, quality assurance, or supply chain experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responds to pricing and delivery requests, processes cross-references and stock checks, supports quote accelerator activities, runs renewal reports, and assists with product manager projects. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, Excel proficiency, and foundational knowledge of pricing, purchasing, margins, and inventory.

Supports branch administration, sales, management, customer service, and account development. Collaborates with inside sales, field sales, management, customers, and suppliers; learns company systems and CRM tools; supports priority branch functions; profiles accounts; identifies new customers and sales opportunities; and develops strategies to grow assigned accounts. Requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus at least two years of sales, marketing, or sales-support experience.
