Provide administrative and operational support to Product Managers and Sales: price/delivery requests, supplier contract maintenance, part and literature loading, sample and stock checks, quoting tool administration, and act as product manager backup during absences.

Process supplier orders for stock and customer-specific needs, maintain inventory settings and levels, assist with receiving and accounting issue resolution, collaborate with Product Management, escalate supplier issues, and comply with Quality Management System and DFAR/ITAR requirements.
