Develop and support C# applications and operational technology systems for electro-mechanical manufacturing. Lead a team developing safety-critical avionics software for PFD/MFD systems. Oversee architecture, development, verification, and certification; ensure DO-178C compliance; coordinate with systems, hardware, and assurance teams; manage schedules, budgets, and customer/certification activities.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex avionics development programs from contract award through completion. Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, supplier proposals, and customer relationships. Develop SOWs, lead proposals, communicate program status to executives, and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.

Define interfaces and requirements, oversee system integration labs and flight tests, conduct safety assessments, mentor junior engineers, coordinate stakeholders, and support airworthiness certification and technical reviews.

Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for transactional systems, data warehouses, lakes, and marts. Translate business requirements into data structures, enforce modeling standards, support data governance, optimize performance with DBAs, and document data lineage and metadata.

Manage end-to-end negotiation, drafting, execution, and administration of complex commercial and government subcontracts. Ensure compliance with customer contracts and regulations, mitigate risk, support proposals, and maintain subcontract records in the ERP while partnering cross-functionally to monitor subcontractor performance.
